Ingredients:

•1 Whole egg

• 1 oz The Glenrothes Select Reserve Single Malt Scotch Whisky

• 1 oz The King’s Ginger

• .25 oz Green Chartreuse

• .75 oz Sweet (non-alcoholic) apple cider

• 2 dashes Baked apple bitters

How to Make it:

Add the egg to a shaker and shake without ice until emulsified. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake very well and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with an apple slice.
