•6 Green grapes

• .5 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar

• one part water)

• 2 oz 1738 Accord Royal Rémy Martin Cognac

• 1.5 oz Sancerre or sauvignon blanc wine

• 2 oz Club soda

• Garnish: Green grapes

• Glass: Tall

How to Make it:

In a shaker, muddle the grapes and simple syrup. Add the cognac and wine, and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice. Top with the club soda and garnish with additional grapes.
