•1.75 oz 1 Rye Whiskey

• .5 oz Fresh lemon juice

• .5 oz Demerara syrup (one part Demerara sugar

• one part water)

• 3 oz Brewed tea (Kashmiri Spiced Tea)

• Chilled Garnish: 2 Lemon wheels

How to Make it:

Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass, fill with ice and stir. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with 2 lemon wheels and freshly grated nutmeg.
