•3 Blackberries

• 8 to 10 Mint leaves

• .75 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar

• one part water)

• 2 oz Basil Hayden’s Bourbon

• .5 oz Amaro CioCiaro

• .75 oz Fresh lemon juice

• Garnish: Blackberry

• Glass: Wine

How to Make it:

In a shaker, muddle the blackberries, mint and simple syrup. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake, and fine strain into a wine glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with an additional blackberry.
