• 1 oz Apple cider

• .5 oz Gonzalez Byass Solera 1847 Oloroso Dulce Sherry

• .25 oz Clear Creek Pear Brandy

• 1 tsp St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram

• Garnish: Apple fan

• Glass: Coupe

How to Make it:

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with an apple fan.
