•1.5 oz NOLET’S Silver Dry Gin

• .75 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao Ancienne Methode

• 1 oz Lime juice

• .5 oz Lychee juice

• 3 Shiso leaves

• 1 tsp Yuzu marmalade

• Garnish: Shiso leaf

• Glass: Martini

How to Make it:

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a shiso leaf.
