Ingredients:

•1.5 oz Appleton Estate Reserve Rum

• .25 oz Yuzu juice

• .5 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar

• one part water)

• 2 Basil leaves

• Champagne

• Garnish: Basil leaf

• Glass: Highball

How to Make it:

Add all the ingredients except for the Champagne to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with Champagne and garnish with a basil leaf.
