•2 Cucumber slices (.25-inch thick) quartered

• .75 oz Fresh lime juice

• .5 oz Maraschino liqueur

• 1.5 oz Tequila

• .33 oz Fernet-Branca

• 1 oz Cava sparkling wine

• Garnish: Cucumber slice

• Glass: Coupe

How to Make it:

In a mixing glass, muddle the cucumber, lime and maraschino liqueur. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Rock the mixing glass back and forth 18 times and fine-strain into a chilled coupe glass. Float a paper-thin cucumber slice on top.
