Ingredients:

•Half a lemon

• 1 sprig Thai basil

• 2 oz Basil Hayden’s Bourbon

• 1 oz Aperol

•.75 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar

• one part water)

• Garnish: Grapefruit peel and Thai basil leaf

• Glass: Martini

How to Make it:

In a shaker, muddle the lemon and basil. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake, and double strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a grapefruit peel and Thai basil leaf.
