Ingredients:

•4 Sugar cubes

• 3 oz Club soda divided

• 3 Green cardamom pods

• 2 oz Flor De Caña 7-Year-Old Grand Reserve Rum

• 1 oz Lime juice

• 1 oz Grapefruit juice

• 1 dash Regans’ Orange Bitters No. 6

How to Make it:

In a shaker, dissolve the sugar cubes in 1 ounce of the club soda. Add the cardamom and muddle. Add the rum, lime juice, grapefruit juice and bitters, one at a time, while stirring. Fill with ice and stir. Strain into a cocktail or punch glass and top with the remaining 2 ounces of club soda.Garnish with lime wheels.
