Ingredients:

•Chinese five-spice powder (optional)

• 1 oz Mezcal

• 1 oz St-Germain

• .5 oz Lemon juice

• .25 oz Honey syrup (1 part honey

• 1 part warm water)

• 1 oz Fresh apple cider

• 3 dashes Peychaud’s

How to Make it:

If desired, combine equal parts five-spice powder and sugar, and use to coat the rim of a tall glass. Fill the glass with ice and set aside. Add the remaining ingredients except the Sidral Mundet to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.Shake vigorously and strain into the prepared glass.Top with the Sidral Mundet and stir gently.Garnish with an apple slice.
